HOW TO MAKE A GALLO
It’s super easy- we prepare fresh corn tortilla with frijoles morales (black beans), caribbean sauce, fresh red onion and coriander, with either veggie mix (vegan) or pulled chicken, all atop an aromatic banana leaf.
So, pura vida gallos y gallinas!
